How To Reverse Structural Deterioration At Any Age

This is such an interesting and important discussion, between two of the leading experts in fixing the root cause of most physical pain.  The key idea presented is that "structural deterioration" can be reversed.  At any age.  Sometimes quickly

Jason Conviser has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Dr. Yoni Whitten has an undergrad degree in Exercise Physiology.  They understand how the body works better than anyone, and also understand how to get the body working again, with strength and mobility.

  • Wow! Excellent information. I have two problems – I’d appreciate your suggestions. I have a 6 year old split peroneal foot tendon. I’m hoping the Power Plate will stimulate healing. My other question is about an old TBI. My head feels spacey after a low frequency 2-4 min standing stretch. I try to hold my head with the least amount of impact. Any positions for a small workout would be most appreciated I own a My5 and love it!

I’m hoping you have any suggestions for two problems: a split peroneal foot tendon I’ve had for 6 years. I’ve been hoping to stimulate enough circulation for it to heal. Also I had a TBI 6 years ago. The OTC therapist says once you have it, you always have it. After a session on the power plate I am spacey. I always try to hold my head with the least amount of impact. I use the lowest frequency for short amounts of time. I’d appreciate any suggestions you have. Unfortunately I’m far from your clinics.

  • I’m trying to help my 82 & 83 yr old parents use the Pro 5. I’m confused on when I have them use the low/high setting

  • I have MSA (multiple system atrophy) which is an offshoot of Parkinsons. I am still walking and still have pretty good balance. Would the power plate help with keeping my muscles working?
