My husband and I are both enjoying the advantages of using our new Power Plate Move. I purchased it mainly to help increase bone density, so the effects will be seen on my next DEXA scan, but in the meantime, it is assisting with my general workouts, too, and I can feel the effects during workouts I previously did without the MOVE. My husband is getting relief from the general stiffness that follows his days of hard, physical work. He is also finding it to help his area of pain (shoulder, knee, foot) and neuropathy. This purchase is helping both of us!

I first used a Power Plate at the gym- many years ago. I loved the way it intensified any exercise done on it - without the additional stress of an intense workout. Knee pain immediately reduced and the massage modes really triggered endorphin release (or maybe that was the absence of chronic pain). It was a fond memory until I decided I needed a Move for home use and that it would absolutely be worth it. I love having the ability hop on whenever in andd to regular workouts and my sister and BIL spend time on it when they visit.

My nephew-in-law is a Tri-athlete and personal trainer, who has and highly recommended a Power Plate MOVE to us. I was interested because the Power Plate is suppose to improve bone density. I will be having a dexi-scan next Spring, so time will tell. However, in the mean time, I have an Achilles tendon injury that feels much improved after my one minute on/one minute off/repeat ten times/ four days a week for the bone density routine. And after about six weeks, I think I've also lost a couple of pounds without changing my eating habits or other exercise routines.

I bought one for my 80 year old parents and my dad has already had a persistent calf cramp disappear with just 9 minutes a day of standing on the power plate. I love mine for lymph movement and my children just enjoy the vibrations (but I know they are benefiting them while they have fun!). My husband uses it more for strength training. Love this device! I’m a 71 year-old woman that is in really good shape for my age. I walk 4 miles every day. I do my own yardwork, including mowing my yard, however, my balance needed improvement!
