I have been using my power plate for almost three weeks and I’m already getting stronger. Love the power plate and the new found hope it has given me for getting stronger.

I did my research and Power Plate had the best reviews and a ton of research. I picked the Move for price and size. The delivery was extremely fast. Set up was a snap. All that was great, but the best was yet to come. I have had a herniated disc in my lumbar spine for almost 40 years. It reminds me daily that it is still there. I have also had rotator cuff surgery which actually is more problematic than the back. After three days of using the move for only nine minutes a day my pain level was greatly reduced. I have been able to move in ranges of motion without pain that I have not been able to access in years. THREE DAYS for 9 MINUTES. By far the best thing I have done for my health and my psyche. I love this machine. It is worth every penny, every single one. As I write this, I have a huge smile just thinking of what the Power Plate Move has done for me.

I never spend this much money on ANYTHING, but I have osteopenia and I knew I had to do something to slow/reverse my bone decline. After much research it became clear that Power Plate is the vibration plate with the most studies to back up bone health. I literally use it daily now, not only for my bones but for massage to speed up recovery from exercise. Power Plate provides opportunity for low impact exercises that I can do until I am 100 years old or longer! The payment plans made it affordable. I use the free app with videos for exercise ideas. The MOVE is truly an impressive machine, I can tell it will last for decades and I am looking forward to my next DEXA scan results. I feel better every day even if I just have 10 minutes a day on the plate but it works so well I do 30 minutes 3-4 times per week I can already feel the difference in my body.

I originally bought the move because of Dr. Furhman's video regarding Osteoporosis and the benefits of the move. So I started researching it. I have had it for about a couple of months, and I am blown away by the other benefits of the move, as well as how good I feel after using it. I'm looking forward to using the workout videos. However, I haven't been able to get my phone into the holder, which has been the only issue I have had.

I received my Move a few weeks ago and it is already starting to improve my balance and already helped with alleviating the muscle spasms I was having. The massage really helps.

We first tried this machine at our Pilates studio, and decided to get one for the house so that my husband could use it daily to help his long-COVID symptoms. We've had it for a few weeks, and it is already helping his balance, blood flow, and stability. I use it to relax my muscles and also improve my balance, as I work out on it as well. We bought it with the Shield and the Stability Bar, and it was a good choice as that allows for easier workouts and versatility, given the disparity in my husband's and my physical abilities at this point during his recovery.
