Meet Your Trainer

In 2007 Sylvie opened her first training studio “Biotonic Vibe Studio”, the first Power Plate (Whole Body Vibration) training center in Miami FL. Originally from France, she speaks fluently French and Spanish teaching accredited courses for major fitness brands. Sylvie is NASM-­‐CPT, ACE-­‐CPT, OPT for seniors, Functional Aging Institute certified group instructor- Brain Health graduate and a Barefoot Specialist for Evidence Based Functional Academy. She is also part of the Master Coach team for the Precor Coaching Center and former Trigger Point Therapy speaker and coach. Sylvie has been using Power Plate and training clients with it for almost 20 years.
