Power Plate is a non negotiable with my own health and performance as well as those of my clients. Every day I use Power Plate. For recovery, movement prep, strength and power. The Pro7 is a wonderful piece of equipment, I used it mostly for my Ultra training. Utilizing the power plate 3 times a week with long runs on the weekends led to tremendous benefits, balance, strength, mobility, bone density. Iv been using it to prepare for a 40 mile event taking place this weekend.

If you offer a remote - it should come with this machine.
Amazing I love it! However in many positions you are challenged to turn on the go button or you must waste time hitting go then getting into the position. At this price point you cannot have that remote offered with other models but not this one. Contact me if you can hook me up. The red bar is what I use to turn it on from the floor but it doesn’t help in all positions by far. That being said I’m glad I got the machine with the computer display guidance. Saving money won’t help me if I don’t USE IT which is what’s going on with a person I know got the pro 5. I felt improvement in my 1st week. This looks easier in the videos than it is. You sweat right away. My skin improved too. I think the machine is appropriate for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace. I called the Balance Clinic that is featured in the app videos and they couldn’t recommend it high enough. No regrets on my expenditure - I just need a remote start! Oh and if you don’t want your entire house to shake get the platform that goes under it. When I tried the pro ( it really was shaking the building.
