I'm excited every day to vibrate. I started to vibrate with the Power Plate a few months ago, and my energy level is now through the roof. In a few weeks, I will be turning 76 years old. I now walk 3 - 4 miles a day with a 25-pound vest. Following my walk, I go straight to my Power Plate to stretch and lift weights. Then in the evening, it is massage time on the Power Plate. I am full of energy and looking forward to my last quarter of life.

I finally did it.
For so many years I’ve promised myself, ‘next year I’m going to start exercising’. Year after year, I kept promising myself I was going to do it, but nothing happened, I never did. When I saw the ads for the power plate, it looked too deadly, but I tried it and from the start it was fun and it made me feel better. I’m only using it for a short time but I look forward to using it

I purchased the PP Move and I don't regret it. I'm getting back into biking and when my muscles are sore just a few mins on the Move and they feel so much better. I also notice I have better balance. It's a good investment.

Power Plate MOVE is fantastic.
I have been using my Power Plate MOVE for over three months. Prior to that, I used my friends Power Plate three to four times a week for 3 months. That motivated me to get my own.
After six months of exercising on the Power Plate MOVE, I can see great results. The first one is the great improvement on my balance. It is simply amazing the progress that I have had. In the beginning, I couldn’t just stand still on the Power Plate without having to grab the holding bar. Now, not just that I can stand up, but that I can do all my workouts without having to hold my self at all. I can close my eyes, I can stand on one leg for several minutes , I workout with dumbbells, and I can do yoga poses with not much difficulty.
I also noticed that my neck stiffness has gone away. During my last massage, my masseur told me that she didn't find any nodes on my muscles which has been a big issue for me through the years.
I have noted that my levels of energy have improved as well. The most exciting part is that I just need to spend a few minutes on the Power Plate. My workouts are 20 to 30 minutes and I feel the muscles been challenged in such short time.
The Power Plate MOVE is small and it does no take up so much space.
I also had the opportunity of having and introductory free class with Silvie Patrick. I felt honored having her one on one just for me for 30 minutes. She was awesome and extremely helpful.

Makes sense!
I love my MOVE..it all makes so much sense in how this helps with lymphatic drainage, muscle strength and especially pelvic floor therapy for me personally! I recently went thru a 6-week pelvic floor treatment and so much of it is incorporated in these workouts. I look forward to my workouts with the variety of trainers and their videos until I can create my own.

Worth every penny!
