I did not receive a free massage gun, so will review the Power Plate MOVE on its own.
I received my Power Plate MOVE a few weeks ago. My primary reason for purchasing the Power Plate is because I'm 71 years old and while I have not been diagnosed with osteoperosis or osteaopenia, I would like to avoid it. My goals, difficult to measure, are to maintain mobility, gain flexibility, increase upper body strength, reduce muscular aches and improve balance. I use the Power Plate MOVE for 9 minutes/day (one round, squat on it, do planks, and lift weights while I'm standing on it.)
I had tight and weak proformis muscles diagnosed in the spring and it was causing muscle aches that affected my walking (I'm an avid walker). Those aches are completely gone now, a huge relief.
My arms are getting stronger - deltoid, biceps and triceps - and I swear my skin is a bit less crepey than it was.
My neighbors are fascinated by my Power Plate MOVE and one of them reported that after 1-9 minute session his ears, affected by allergies, were less clogged. He attributed it to the Power Plate.
I have been reading about whole body vibration for several years so am glad that I finally took the plunge and bought myself a machine. As an added bonus, both of my cats love it too and join me for my daily shake.
