I am loving my power plate move
I bought my power plate move to help improve my agility and strength. As a very active senior woman I often suffer from joint pain after a long day of working in my garden and around my homestead. I warm up by using the power plate move in the morning and I do another session in the evening just to relax the tension in my muscles. I have noticed a great improvement in my knees especially and the upper body stretches have helped my back pain and arm strength. I follow along with Sylvie on her videos and I enjoy her presentations. I recently purchased the power plate chart with fully illustrated exercises and have been working those into my daily routine. So far the power plate has been a win for me.
