I have been using a power plate my 5 at the gym for years. I had increased my bone density and decreased arthritis pain. When i relocated I was having to drive too far to get to a Power Plate but I was not going to give up the benefits the plate gave me. So i purchased a Power Plate Move of my own. I love having it and can now easily use it every day! Even the grandkids love using it. So happy I made the “move”!

I was hesitant to spend the money on the Power Plate MOVE but am SO GLAD we did.

Every female on both sides of my family had Osteoporosis and I have Osteopenia. My husband has neuropathy from his knees down due to two knee replacements.

Reading the information on the MOVE I thought it was certainly worth trying.

We husband sits and puts his feet on it for 9 minutes daily. The circulation in his feet and legs is better. Last week he was in the car for 9 hours and came home with severe pain in his foot. He used the MOVE for 9 minutes and his pain was gone.

I stand and do squats 9 minutes a day. Obviously I haven't seen a difference in my bone density in this short time but I, and my trainer, can tell I am stronger.

I really like my power plate move. I was apprehensive but after reviewing the many recommendations from

medical experts i decided to purchase it. I am so glad I did. The relief for achy pre and post workouts is terrific and it really targets spots you can't get to any other way.

Made the decision to purchase the power plate after purchasing other vibrating plates and nothing compares to the power plate after. I use it everyday and helps with circulation and my workouts . My husband and my son love it after recovery from sports . as a family we love it wish I had purchased much sooner

I purchased this after receiving a competitor as a gift. The difference is remarkable.. I am just beginning to use it and really appreciate the introductory zoom call. What is great is that you can just stand on it for warmup or recovery, lay your legs or lower back on it for a massage, or exercise or stretch on it. I look forward to fully exploring it.

Great product purchased for my wife and I for Christmas. We are in our early 60s and use it almost daily for stretching, exercising and massages. We play PIckleball 3-4 times a week.

I recieved my Power Plate Move early in December. I bought it to hopefully increase bone density, as I had a DEX scan last February that showed osteopenia. I won't know if that has improved for probably a year. I have been sleeping much more soundly, and spider veins that I have had for decades are visibly diminishing. I'm very happy with my purchase!
