Great addition
I have had the Power Plate Move for a month. I use it every morning for my morning stretches and activations. It is a great start to my day. I also use it three times per week for resistance work and it really adds balance and activation to my lifts. It is an awesome addition to compound resistance moves as a force multiplier. I feel that I am getting a lot done in a shorter time and it has really helped my core strength.
