I have been wanting to purchase a power plate move for years . Recently , I injured my knee and I finally purchased one to help me PT my knee for flexing and pain . Since I have purchased, I have been using it everyday first thing in the morning . It is a miracle maker !! I can flex again ! My pain is sooo much better !! My plantar facitis is better ..I feel awake without needing to drink coffee ..My husband uses daily as well and he too loves it ! I recommend this for everyone who can afford it . I am 65 and haven't worked out in a while so found the Power Plate Move to be the perfect solution! I can go at my own pace and work up to the more challenging exercises all on the same machine. Also, their customer service is 10 stars!♥

I work out 3 times a day, 3 days/week (9 minutes each) with exercises that cover the whole range of muscles (push ups, planks, squats, crunches, squat presses, bicep curls) and have yet to be sore even though I exercise hard. I can tell a huge difference in my stamina, my sleep and overall feeling through the day. The days in between workouts I do a lot of stretching exercises on the plate and my flexibility has radically improved and helped take away any lower back pain.

I’ve been using the power plate move for the last two weeks. I’m so impressed with how quiet it is. The machine itself is built so well. I bought it to work on bone density issues. I look forward to seeing results with my next bone scan.

I’ll admit I purchased the Power Plate Move on a lark, but now I’m so very glad I did. When I got on for the first time I was nonplussed, okay, it’s vibrations. But after three days I started to see and feel results that almost seemed too good to be true, but they weren’t. The most prominent near instant change is I started standing with my shoulders straight for the first time in decades. The Power Plate Move is deceptively simple but you get what you pay for and this is clearly an extremely well constructed and effective exercise machine. I really do recommend it without hesitation. I purchased the Power Plate because I thought using it would help reduce the swelling in my feet and lower legs which I have recently experienced. The good news is that both my wife and I have noticed a measurable improvement in my condition which I assume is the result of using the Power Plate after only a short period of time.

I just received my new power plate 2 weeks ago and I am still learning new moves and I feel a benefit every time I use it. I get my new pad today and I am looking forward to floor moves. The quality is amazing. When you finish even 9 minutes you feel refreshed and not tired. I know my joints will be better for using this. Very happy I purchased.

I've had my Move for about a month now and I love it! It real gets my "juices" flowing. I do a routine along with a Power Plate instructor and still do the introductory lesson that was included in the box. I've also added the 9 minute stand which gets me ready to do my morning jog. Of course I haven't had it long enough to see long term benefits, but I'm sure they will come. I highly recommend it!

Super easy to use! Takes up as much space as a laundry basket! Free virtual training was very worthwhile!

We were recently introduced to the Power Plate from a friend in our community in Arizona- we tested his out for a week and then purchased our own Power Plate Move. My husband and I have been using it daily - we get on for about 9 minutes each morning before we walk, golf or just go about our day. If I'm home during the day, I hop on and do some stretching and some balancing exercise! We love it so much that I am going to order another for our home in Iowa!
