Initially, it took a bit of getting used to the Move because it is more intense than other vibration plates that comparatively feel more like a rocking sensation as opposed to true vibration. After ensuring proper footwear and some tweaking of posture while on the plate, I've become adjusted to use of the Move and appreciate that my body feels looser/less tight afterwards.
