Initially, it took a bit of getting used to the Move because it is more intense than other vibration plates that comparatively feel more like a rocking sensation as opposed to true vibration. After ensuring proper footwear and some tweaking of posture while on the plate, I've become adjusted to use of the Move and appreciate that my body feels looser/less tight afterwards. Purchased my MOVE after reading about how NASA uses vibration to help astronauts maintain/regain bone. At 70 yrs old, was diagnosed in early 2025 with osteopenia. So, I started using it for that while lifting hand weights. Will be another year before my next bone scan in 2027 - so, time will tell. In the meantime, what I did not expect was deeper sleep!
