Here’s to better bones!
Being diagnosed with osteoporosis at my tender age of 68 scared me into doing even more research on the disease. Already gobbling calcium and vitamin D and filling my days with weight bearing exercises, I was determined to address the problem without the use of toxic prescription medications, the only response the medical community seems to dispense. I heard rumblings about vibration plates and did a deep dive into the science and philosophy which led me to the Power Plate Move. While I won’t know my osteo numbers until my next dexascan, I can already see results in my strength, balance and flexibility. I have sampled a variety of classes targeting specific needs and just love them; easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels. They provided me the confidence to begin to try moves on my own. 10/10 for me!
