I have used another brand vibration plate for over a year several times a week. The movement on the Power Plate is definitely elevated in comparison. I did lots of research before making the investment and I appreciate the fact that many published studies do reference the Power Plate specifically. I tried one at a friend’s house while visiting in Florida. It made my legs feel really good on the 3rd power level and the leg cramps I’d been having disappeared entirely. So as soon as I got home I ordered my own. I use it twice a day. First thing after coffee in the morning and in the evening.
