Work out without feeling like you’ve worked out
I work out 3 times a day, 3 days/week (9 minutes each) with exercises that cover the whole range of muscles (push ups, planks, squats, crunches, squat presses, bicep curls) and have yet to be sore even though I exercise hard. I can tell a huge difference in my stamina, my sleep and overall feeling through the day. The days in between workouts I do a lot of stretching exercises on the plate and my flexibility has radically improved and helped take away any lower back pain.
