I got the MOVE about two months ago and started using it immediately. I have since lost two pant sizes. I didn’t measure inches because I wasn’t sure what I would experience. I have a fitness background and understand the benefits of vibration. I however wasn’t expecting the results I got so relatively quickly. I use my MOVE several times a day in various ways. It’s a long term investment as I head into my sixties. I look forward to all the other benefits of using it. Thank you for making a great machine.

As I stated above, it took me a while to get comfortable using my MOVE. Now that I have, am thankful to have a tool to help me strengthen, massage and improve stability! Am looking forward to adding more exercises as my flexibility improves. Have used the 1 minute timer often but am happy I went with the MOVE to have the increased time on the MOVE before it shuts off. I am now happy that I invested in me with this purchase!!!

I got the Move to help me rehabilitate my hip after orthopedic surgery and I am loving it! It makes my whole body feel good, especially my hip, and I enjoy incorporating it with my workouts and physical therapy. When I asked my Stanford surgeon if he had heard of vibration plates and if I could use one, he told me that it would be good for my hip and that his colleague invented (or played a part in) the development of vibration plate technology! I am happy with the Move and can’t wait to see how it benefits my in the long term. Maybe I’ll eventually upgrade to the next model up- I’d love one with handles.

While I’m still “getting to know” my MOVE power plate, I’m very impressed with the technology and ease of use. Time will tell how it helps with my healthy aging but I have high hopes.

I love being able to spend 9 minutes 2 or 3 times a day getting exercise without being in the cold, windy, cloudy days of winter dressed up to the limit. It feels good to be massaged and I look forward to the test for osteoporosis showing I don't have it anymore. I enjoy all of the videos that show how to use it and the ability to talk to a real person with questions or comments

I love my new power plate and use it every day! It’s super easy to use!

i started using regularly a couple of weeks ago. i’m using the low intensity. i can already feel my muscles changing and also flexibility. I am now able to move from cross legged position on floor and stand up. -impossible for me before.

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and had to take corticosteroids for nearly four years. The dose started high and eventually tapered to zero. I am now in remission, but left with osteopenia as a result of taking these "devil's Tic-Tacs." I heard about and researched whole body vibration for bone health. I decided to purchase a Power Plate due to the many endorsements. It was expensive, but I didn't want to waste money on a cheap inferior brand. I have the Power Plate Move along with the Strong Bones program. I look forward to my next DEXA scan to see improvement with my bone density. I feel great after a workout.

I'm loving my Power Plate Move! It has been a game-changer for my workouts and aching muscles. I'm seeing fantastic results. It's so effective and convenient that I'm purchasing another one to have at my office so I can use it throughout the workday.

I love my power plate! It is my favorite piece of workout gear and I use it at least 3x’s a day.
