I don't leave home without it!
My Power Plate Min+ comes absolutely everywhere with me! So small and light I take it to the gym, airports, and all work locations for when I need to ease out tightness in my shoulders and back especially. Small but powerful, it's both practical and effective for my recovery needs. Love it!

Best compact massage gun
This manage gun is compact and fit in any bags, from a golf bag to purse. I can travel with it no issue. I realized that having a plan for recovery is as important than having a great training or game. I use it to prevent tendonitis.

Better than the Theragun Mini or Hyperice Go2
I use a massage gun often to help warm up and recover after I exercise and to relieve pain in my back and legs. My favorite is the Mini+ for a variety of reasons. First, it's powerful and always helps relieve soreness. It's very light weight and fits in my bag that I take to the gym and charges easily in my car with the USB charger. I've tried the small models from Theragun and Hyperice and they're not as powerful, the battery doesn't last as long, they're noisier and they're not as comfortable to use. For less money, the Mini+ is exactly what I need!
