I am absolutely head over heels in love with the Power Plate! 

I use it to feel younger, more energetic, ALIVE-it makes me feel like my blood is bubbly and happy like a freshly popped bottle of champagne!

I use the Power Plate to “open” tight joints, gain flexibility and mobility, and have used it with great success on an impinged shoulder that had refused to heal.  I pretending I was hanging from the side of a mountain(I have a good imagination), which was the edge of the platform. It only took a week of this daily two-minute, parallel to the floor, “hang” for my year long injury to disappear! And that gave me the idea of gaining newfound grip and back strength by continuing this exercise. 

I do a lot of squats and lunges on the Power Plate to lift and tighten! I also do a lot of stretches and exercises with the rubber cables, especially for upper body. Oh, and plank variations and push ups, too! 

Recently, I started leaning my elbows on the platform with my hands wrapped around my face to help stimulate anti aging properties, and get rid of any hint of my father’s double chin😬. By the way, I am always smiling while exercising on the Power Plate because it makes me happy, and because smiling works more muscles than frowning! 😉
