"We did several moves with resistance cables, which created more of a drag then a heavy weight. We used them to work our arms and several lateral body moves. We also did exercises to enhance our core, and let me tell you, it was a good burn! This class was much more active than I was used to on the power-plate, but I loved it! I’d previously taken Cellulite Blast several times with Patricia, and can definitely speak highly of how amazing and quickly those classes have sped up my recovery time from endurance training, cross-fit, and long runs. The one thing I will say is sometimes, since my brain was all shook-up, I’d almost forget what move we were doing!"
