How To Remove Your Metabolic Blockage In 14 Days (Without Willpower)

  • I have been reading that a lower hertz (40) is better for Seniors. I am age 70. I have osteoporosis, but at the same time would like to loose at least 10-15 lbs. Also build muscle mass. Can you help me decipher which power plate is best for me.

I’m not sure what the right power plate for me would be and if I would compromise one benefit for the other. Can you help me decipher what’s best for me. Also, I do not have thousands to dole out.
