Ascending The Himalayas With Power Plate

Power Plate has broken new boundaries by ascending the Himalayas. In November 2021 Tony Molina, avid climber and physiology expert, set out to scale Ama Dabam in the Himalayas, taking the Personal Power Plate with him to help the climbers with recovering from the strenuous, high altitude hikes. They reached base camp after a 4 day, 15,00 foot climb and set up the Power Plate. Once there, the team used Power Plate to reduce the amount of inflammation and metabolic damage done on elevated hikes. Tony credits Power Plate to reach 23,000 feet, normally a three day hike, in just 17 hours.
