15 Minute Deep Tissue Recovery Workout On The Power Plate

Recovery is primarily about blood flow and the flushing of toxins (generally, uric acid) that builds up and collects in joints and muscle tissue when doing many types of exercise. Power Plate triggers a rapid, reflexive response of the neuro-muscular system that in-turn increases the pumping of fluid, both blood and lymphatic fluid, through the body.
