Essential piece of exercise equipment!
The Power Plate Move is such an essential piece of exercise equipment that it is difficult to describe all of its benefits. I have followed Power Plate for 30+ years as a health professional. The Power Plate is an easy to use device, provides health benefits in as little as 9 minutes (only 9 minutes!!) a day! My husband has had lower leg and foot neuropathy that is now resolving. My osteopenia is stabilized. Our balance has improved. Shoulder pain resolved. We are additionally getting more toned utilizing the straps and weights. I can wholeheartedly endorse this device and am certain you will be just as satisfied as we are. I recommend the stability bar as well since in expands your use options. My only regret is that I did not purchase my own Power Plate earlier!

Game changer
I love my power plate move. So many great things to review. My carpal tunnel no longer is an issue. The drainage in my throat has improved. My knees no longer ache. My pelvic wall is stronger. My balance issues are improving. I use daily, except on Sunday. My health and mental state have improved greatly. My husband and son are using it also. I wish I had purchased this soon. I learned about vibration therapy from my son who does biodensity weekly. The office also has one of your largest power plate machines. Thank you for making these machines available to the public.

Fantastic!
This is by far one of the best piece of equipment I have ever purchased! I felt it the very first time I got on it. I was a bodybuilder for 20 years but at the age of 71 going to a gym is not the same. Since I purchased this machine along with my treadmill I have a renewed joy in working out. You will not be disappointed!

Love it!

I love my Power Plate Move!
I exercise regularly...resistance training 4 days a week, HIIT workouts 5 days a week, stretching 7 days a week and zone 2 workouts 6 days a week.
When I started researching the Power Plate, I initially felt that it wouldn't add value. However, the more I researched, the more I uncovered the value of this vibration device.
I immediately incorporated the Power Plate into my HIIT workouts and my stretch routine and my body feels less tight, more flexible and lighter! I love how it doesnt require any more time, I leveraged what I was doing to 10x it.
I did add a massage aspect for 9 minutes a day and that feels amazing and relaxes my muscles as if I just went for a deep tissue massage.
I highly recommend Power Plate, it will absolutely enhance your workout routines.
