I have wanted to get moving with a PowerPlate for a couple of years as I recover from hip and shoulder injuries. I have been working with PT and pilates consistently but am impressed in just one week that the additional balance challenges in the program are assisting me in getting my weakened hip flexors stronger and relaxing tightened shoulder muscles. I have more energy t stay present and complete my exercising and therapies without feeling I am "done for the day". The roller helps lengthen muscles I need for pilates and the Pulse helps with foot and neck tightness. Looking forward to regaining strength and limberness with this equipment as I continue to recover from injuries old (3 years) and older (1+10 years).
