I absolutely love my MOVE power plate. I have no regrets about my purchase. I’m 70 years old and purchased it to address several health issues. The first time I stepped on it, did my nine minutes , and got off. It was the most amazing feeling. I’m am so motivated by how well I feel! It’s so easy to use every day. I continue to add to my daily routine and am feeling stronger than I have in a long time as well as experiencing an upbeat attitude. Absolutely love this plate. I use it for rehab and recovery and some muscle building. Most of the time when I get sick it takes me forever to recover. With the vibe plate my symptoms weren’t as severe and it only took me half the time to get better. Worth the investment

I absolutely love my Power Plate. I can do a full workout in 20 minutes and feel incredible afterwards. It has helped with my poor circulation in my feet and helped with my knee pain. It is a machine I was hesitant to buying but I'm so glad I did.

I’ve never been a consistent exerciser, until now! I’ve been working with my PT on building strength and flexibility for a couple of years, which has been really helpful. Them my hairdresser mentioned she had purchased a Power Plate and was loving it. Of course after that conversation I started reading about the benefits of using one. The cost was prohibitive at the time so I pushed it out of my mind. As time passed I decided my health was important enough to warrant the cost, and I took the plunge! I have been using a power plate my 5 at the gym for years. I had increased my bone density and decreased arthritis pain. When i relocated I was having to drive too far to get to a Power Plate but I was not going to give up the benefits the plate gave me. So i purchased a Power Plate Move of my own. I love having it and can now easily use it every day! Even the grandkids love using it. So happy I made the “move”!

I’ve had the Power Plate Move for almost 90 days. Years ago, I herniated two disks in my back and was having a hard time keeping my level of activity up. After using the Power Plate, I feel much better and can keep up with my kids using less effort. My pain has improved and I believe will continue to lessen. I’d highly recommend anyone going through back pain, to discuss this product with their doctor, and try it for a few months.

Every female on both sides of my family had Osteoporosis and I have Osteopenia. My husband has neuropathy from his knees down due to two knee replacements.

Reading the information on the MOVE I thought it was certainly worth trying.

We husband sits and puts his feet on it for 9 minutes daily. The circulation in his feet and legs is better. Last week he was in the car for 9 hours and came home with severe pain in his foot. He used the MOVE for 9 minutes and his pain was gone.

I stand and do squats 9 minutes a day. Obviously I haven't seen a difference in my bone density in this short time but I, and my trainer, can tell I am stronger.
