So happy with my purchase of Power Plate Move!

It is the absolutely perfect addition to my workout routine.

I am familiar with the pro version from the gym. Having this at home has added convenience and consistent use.

Head to toe my body is moving freer and with added strength and flexibility!

Best piece of gym equipment ever

Im 47 been working in the RV industry for 19 years needless to say its taken a beating on my body. Stiff sore muscles & joints a bulging disc in my back, tennis elbow in BOTH of my arms. Im VERY pro-active when it comes to my health, i still exercise take supplements, stretch.. here recently i stopped working out because i took on a part time job in top of a full time job.. my body and my overuse injuries took a toll, I couldn’t take it anymore so i made the decision to purchase the Move plate.. best decision i ever made.. i first used it slowly less intensity for recovery on my tennis elbows & sore body.. then i started working up on the intensity level.. omg im moving better! Im feeling better, i literally get out of bed in the morning with no stiffness or soreness.. it takes the inflammation and stiffness out of my elbows.. I dont regret my purchase one bit because this is an absolute investment in my long term health and wellbeing…

Beyond expectations

My wife and I both have some bone degeneration in our lower backs, and using the many ideas offered for free by Power Plate coaches and advocates, we have found it easy to relieve aches and improve muscle tone.

I regularly do a mixture of yoga and Pilates in the morning, and I can do a good portion of my routine in conjunction with the power plate to gain the benefits of greater nitrous oxide shearing effect, less after exercise soreness, and some clearly noticeable gains in overall strength.

My power plate Move

I am 75 years old and I use my power plate every day for my osteoarthritis. It totally loosens my stiff body up and I feel fabulous afterwards! I also use it about 3x a week to exercise. Loved it so much I ordered a second one for vacation house. Don’t want to start the day without it!!!

Outstanding in DESIGN, EASE OF USE, and FUNCTIONALITY

I have used my Power Plate MOVE every day for a minimum of 10 minutes since I received it. As someone who sits all day at work and can have achy legs due to circulation issues at the end of the day, Power Plate easily gets fluid moving and provides a wonderful sense of relief. Love, the fact that I can also help with both muscle and bone growth as well as brain health through improved circulation and reducing inflammation. Highly recommend. Five stars, two thumbs up.

Four years!

I’ve had my MOVE powerplate for four years. Use it daily and LOVE it. Incredible results from strengthening to eliminating pain from sciatica or muscle cramps, soreness from over exercise, easy on joints and my bone density is excellent. Pretty sure it saved me from broken bones (hip) when I fell through my dining room table onto my hip on our concrete floor (dusting the light fixture!!) Recommend it to everyone. Thanks, PowerPlate!

Love it!

I am excited about this purchase. The transaction and delivery were smooth and easy. There is an app that helps you get started and with workouts to complete regularly. I have loved just adding my functional strength training to the Power Plate Move. Balance and strength improvement…. You can’t beat it! The muscle recovery is a huge bonus. I didn’t truly believe it until I tried it. I use the Power Plate Move every day for either warm up, strength and balance or recovery. 100% worth the purchase.

Happy Birthday to me

I had been eyeing these and doing my research for a while. I considered a more economical version, but after looking into it, the science is not there for the knockoffs. Waited for a sale and bought myself a Move for my birthday. The bone strengthening aspects were the final decision maker. This is the perfect piece of equipment to "age into" rather than grow out of!
