It’s working!

I’m 73 years old, I received my Power Plate on December 15, 2025.

I started using it that same day.

I’m feeling better every day, I wake up ready to go, more energy, not as stiff, my shoulders, neck are better as far as range motion. I have been using every day, 2 to 3 times a day for a total of 20 to 30 minutes.

I learned about the Power Plate from my daughter and trying it.

So far so good

Initially, it took a bit of getting used to the Move because it is more intense than other vibration plates that comparatively feel more like a rocking sensation as opposed to true vibration. After ensuring proper footwear and some tweaking of posture while on the plate, I've become adjusted to use of the Move and appreciate that my body feels looser/less tight afterwards. I also feel more easily able to engage my deeper core muscles while on it. Looking forward to the benefits of continued use!

This Power Plate is AMAZING!

Purchased my MOVE after reading about how NASA uses vibration to help astronauts maintain/regain bone. At 70 yrs old, was diagnosed in early 2025 with osteopenia. So, I started using it for that while lifting hand weights. Will be another year before my next bone scan in 2027 - so, time will tell. In the meantime, what I did not expect was deeper sleep! Or that my old cat likes it! She rides along when I'm using it!

Good Feels!

Power Plate Move is a keeper!

I contemplated buying a power plate for quite some time. I’ve had a little over a week and use it daily to work on balance. On the lower settings doing squads, lunges in single leg balancing exercises has improved my confidence, my strength, and my balance. I look forward to leveling up as time goes on!

Boyd power plate move red.

I received my red move Monday before Christmas and will not have my one on one instruction until Wednesday afternoon 1/7/26. But I have been using It with the beginning suggested recommended exercises and I think it is great. Can’t wait to get started on the exercises for targeting golf.

Power plate move pain relief package

I am using the power plate move along with the power plate mini and peanut shaped device. I’d injured a foot and had done several rounds of physical therapy and had hit a plateau. Using these devices has allowed me to continue to improve and be able to walk better. It’s only 9 minutes per day and is quite doable- even if all I do some days is stand there and do easy stretching.
