My nephew-in-law is a Tri-athlete and personal trainer, who has and highly recommended a Power Plate MOVE to us. I was interested because the Power Plate is suppose to improve bone density. I will be having a dexi-scan next Spring, so time will tell. However, in the mean time, I have an Achilles tendon injury that feels much improved after my one minute on/one minute off/repeat ten times/ four days a week for the bone density routine. And after about six weeks, I think I've also lost a couple of pounds without changing my eating habits or other exercise routines.
