Power Plate Helps

I've had the MOVE plate for a few months. Originally purchased to help with my osteoporosis. I will not know the results of that benefit until I am evaluated later next year, but overall I would say I feel stronger, have more balance and generally improved since using the Power Plate as recommended. I am 68 yo.

I have seen great results in the few weeks I’ve been using the Power Plate MOVE. The plantar fasciitis I’ve been suffering from for months was gone within 3 days; low back pain has improved immensely; my balance improved.

I look forward to continuing for the toned body and loosing 10 lbs. I love loosening up before playing pickleball, it only takes a few minutes! I’m a 68 y.o. Woman and if I can do it, anybody can. I love my MOVE❣️Well worth the money

Well packaged and easy to start using right out of the box… 15 minutes from doorstep to using the machine… and I’m not very mechanical.

I currently own a VibaPlate Slimmer. I had been seeing a lot of adds on Facebook regarding the Power Plate Move. I did extensive homework (there are a lot of YouTube videos and a lot of written data) and decided to bite the bullet and purchase the Power Plate. I absolutely love it. My deciding factors were the 3-D vibrations (which my current vibrating plate does not have) and the extensive testimonies from not only medical professionals but home users as well. I am 60 years old and concerned about all of the aches and pains that keep blessing me here lately inhibiting me from exercising as I would like. Another great concern is the loss of bone density as I continue aging. This machine addresses both. I truly look forward to stepping on my Power Plate each day as it JUST FEELS GOOD. Added benefit that I know it is working "behind the scenes" to make my body healthier. I have even started exercising on the plate with minimal discomfort and can feel that it actually is doing something in my body when done. To address Power Plate's customer service.............................phenomenal!!! After receiving my Power Plate Move, I received an email to have a complimentary 15 minute Zoom session with one of the trainers to learn how to use the equipment and offer tips on how to get the most out of its use. I highly recommend. It will not disappoint!!!!

I purchased my Power Plate to help me combat osteoporosis. I have been using it to enhance my workouts. I have lost a couple of pounds and see some change in muscle tone. I hope to see more benefits over the months and years. I did a lot of research before choosing Power Plate. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have been using my Move almost every single day for two months. When I am out of town I MISS IT. I use it in so many ways. My legs are so much sronger. My hip does not have as much pain. And I love the relaxation. I am a 100% on this product.

I have never been a gym person but with the MOVE and the app, I feel like my muscles have had a great workout without a lot of strain. The workouts are actually a lot of fun to do and the massage at the end is the best! Thank you!

I am a post menopausal woman who purchased the power plate to support my bone density. Set up is quick and easy and the introductory session was perfect. Sylvie, the trainer, answered all of my questions thoroughly. Great product, great service.

I use my Move to loosen up after workouts, as a workout on its own, and most recently to improve mobility on my broken wrist. Using the bands, I stand on the move and apply resistance to the wrist asking it to flex more both directions. The vibrations help loosen the tight tendons and ligaments left after the weeks in the cast, and they do it without causing me to feel pain.

I mentioned to my chiropractic that I have osteopenia. I’m 67 y.o. He said a vibration plate helps with bone density. Of course I went home to see what I could afford. Showed him some selections and he recommended the Power Plate. I originally bought the personal but returned it for the MOVE. BEST DECISION! At the same time I was also trying to drop a few (6-10) pounds. So far I have lost 4.5!👍🏻 What I love about the MOVE and working out on a vibration plate is I don’t have to spend hours at the gym and I WORKOUT most days, even if just for 10 minutes. I’m motivated! I can’t say how happy I am with this investment. And my husband uses it too.

My next bone density is in 2 years. I’m sure I will see an improvement, fingers crossed 🤞
