I just love my MOVE PP- I am amazed how it helps remove muscle soreness after a workout . Additionally it seems to help with flexibility- I have always had tight hamstrings and using the PP has made that tightness ease up considerably. I will be interested to see my bone density results this fall. However the other benefits that I am experiencing are so encouraging- and I feel so much better

I bought the Move to improve bone density after meeting with a fitness trainer to develop a plan for osteopenia. I have been following the Strong Bones, Strong Body program developed by Sylvie Patrick and find her easy to follow and motivating. I've noticed that my legs feel stronger already, and my strength training program is more enjoyable. I'll circle back after my next bone scan to report on results, but in the meantime, I'm having fun!

I'm very happy with my purchase of the Power Plate Move, it's easy to set up and use. The unmatched technology allows you to use it every day and get incredible results. I had never been able to keep myself motivated in the past to exercise regularly, now it's no problem. I look forward to hopping on every day. Right now I mostly focus on improving my balance (I'm 68 y.o.), doing squats, pushups, and a lot of curls and overhead reps with light weights.

I’m a 67yo female with 4 grandchildren and another on the way. Although I’m active during the day with housework, chores, etc. I am not actively exercising. I felt I needed something to get me going and hopefully loosen up my lower back/hip area which I’ve been having issues with. I have to say, the MOVE is really helping with that issue.
