I'll admit that the countless health benefits attached to using the Power Plate seemed too good to be true -- BUT THEY'RE TRUE! I've been experimenting endlessly with ways to send vibration to different trouble areas in my body, and the Power Plate never fails to amaze. It's been especially effective in resolving neuropathy in my calves and feet -- that benefit alone has been worth the investment. I can also feel how it increases the effectiveness of ordinary exercises, making my sets more challenging to complete. I love using this machine so much that no willpower is required -- I'm addicted to the good vibes!

I LOVE my Move. I am 72 years old and purchased my Power Plate about 3 months ago. It took a bit to figure out how to organize my time on it. The videos are so great but a bit overwhelming. I have settled into a weights routine every other day and lymphatic massage the other 3 days. I am on the Plate about 25 minutes a day total. I am noticing more energy - especially mid afternoon when I used to drag. I also noticed recently after entertaining and cooking all day - that at the end of the day my legs didn't ache !! That was huge for me. I don't need to lose weight but I am seeing muscle tone increasing. I have some bulging veins that I was hoping would go down and not seeing that happen unfortunately. 3 years ago I had both knees replaced - and I have really increased the muscle around the new knees that I think has helped the stiffness that happens

So ---- and I happy with this purchase ?? Absolutely - even though it was pricey and caused me to really ponder spending that kind of money on a health machine -- but I am SO glad I bit the bullet. I LOVE it and love my time on it and can almost say I'm ADDICTED !! 😁

I do wish when I have questions come up - I could get a little better response from the trainers. Perhaps some kind of better way to communicate. But that's my only suggestion.

Last year I suffered a fracture to my sacrum and had been started on a daily injection for bone building. Easy to use I incorporate standing on my move to warm up my muscles before working out , massage tired muscles and to work on core strength and balance. Holding the straps while facing away and leaning out relaxes and releases my shoulders and across my chest. My Power Plate arrived on time and properly packed, I can tell it is a quality piece of equipment, it is heavy, beautifully designed, and the colour is gorgeous. I have only used it a few times but so far so good. I am keen to see how it goes in a year from now with constant use.

i was impressed with my power plate from the first time stepping on the machine. i have arthritis and have had joint injuries over the years and this helps alleviate some of the pain. I do upper body exercises with hand weights and this intensifies my "workouts". I have little recovery discomfort when I use it in this way. my skin was quite "itchy" with the first uses, I understand this is due to increased blood flow. With repeated use this has improved. I love my Move.

I ordered the silver one. It was a splurge purchase for me but the benefits seem endless so it will be worth it! The emails are encouraging and informative. They are also a gentle reminder to NOT forget your 9 minutes per day. (I am still working on finding even 9 minutes out of my busy day) I like that you can receive benefits from it even without doing wants work. Just standing on it is helpful too! I am glad I purchased it and look forward to all it can do for my health in the future.
