Slow improvement
I've been using the MOVE for about 2 1/2 mos. now. I'm 67 and have back issues. It has been wonderful to be able to massage all my body. I can feel myself slowly getting stronger and knowing that my bones are getting stronger too is a plus. My balance is improving as well, and I can feel my weak ankle getting stronger. I look forward to getting on my MOVE almost every day. I hate exercise, but this doesn't feel like exercise, it feels good! I can get a workout in about 10 mins. and it does raise my heartbeat and then brings it back down. Why didn't I discover this sooner?
