Power Plate Helps

My Power Plate arrived on time and properly packed, I can tell it is a quality piece of equipment, it is heavy, beautifully designed, and the colour is gorgeous. I have only used it a few times but so far so good. I am keen to see how it goes in a year from now with constant use.

i was impressed with my power plate from the first time stepping on the machine. i have arthritis and have had joint injuries over the years and this helps alleviate some of the pain. I do upper body exercises with hand weights and this intensifies my "workouts". I have little recovery discomfort when I use it in this way. my skin was quite "itchy" with the first uses, I understand this is due to increased blood flow. With repeated use this has improved. I love my Move.

I ordered the silver one. It was a splurge purchase for me but the benefits seem endless so it will be worth it! The emails are encouraging and informative. They are also a gentle reminder to NOT forget your 9 minutes per day. (I am still working on finding even 9 minutes out of my busy day) I like that you can receive benefits from it even without doing wants work. Just standing on it is helpful too! I am glad I purchased it and look forward to all it can do for my health in the future.

I've been using my Power Plate every morning to wake up my muscles, and it's become an essential part of my routine. The vibrations gently stimulate my muscles, giving me a refreshing start to the day. I love how it increases blood flow and loosens any stiffness from the night, making me feel energized and ready to take on whatever the day has in store. It’s quick, effective, and has made a noticeable difference in my overall flexibility and muscle tone. I can't imagine starting my day without it!

This is by far the best piece of exercise equipment I’ve ever owned. My workouts are so much more powerful, and I can feel the difference. I’ve gotten much stronger, more quickly, and it’s also helped to balance my strength. I use this every workout and could not be happier.

In the morning it is a good complement to my resistance training.

In the afternoon it is a great pick-me-up.

An amazing addition to my ongoing attempt to tighten my tendons and ligaments after an allergic reaction to cortisone. So far, very successful! More time will be needed to see more results, I am thrilled with the results so far.

I'm very happy with it and use it every day at different times of the day. First thing in the morning I use it to get the blood moving and to awaken and loosen the body up. I also use it at the start of my usual exercise routine. I find it a great exercise for targeting the lower back which has often been a problem for me when i do Spring gardening after a winter of non-weed pulling or other outdoor activity. I also especially like it as a kind of pep talk as it clears my brain after sitting at the computer for a lengthy time. My only concern is that the motor doesn't wear out too soon!

So easy to adjust to. Exercising now as per video. I'm 71 and it makes everything better! I feel it every time
