My husband and I are very happy with our Power Plate purchase. It’s fun to use and we both feel more energized after using it. I like practicing various movements and exercises on it, and I also like doing a more relaxed session for massage. I find it beneficial to use before doing a sauna session to get my lymph flowing for better detox. Before making the decision to purchase I called and spoke with Customer Service. They answered all of my questions and even sent me an email with additional information. I felt very well taken care of. I appreciate and value the Research and proven effectiveness of the Power Plate. The Complementary Virtual Training Session was so helpful too!

My wife and I are 78 and have found our power plate has given us a new exercise for our injuries plus allows us to manage new muscle groups we could not get too. We both are concerned that as we older the idea of dementia is always out there but watching the different you tubes makes us use our power plate everyday.

I bought the power plate because I came home from Europe with an acute ankle injury and had read the science behind it -- 5x a day for 2-5 minutes was a miracle for recovery. I've been using it for knee rehab most recently and again have found it almost miraculous in pain management.

Im 47 been working in the RV industry for 19 years needless to say its taken a beating on my body. Stiff sore muscles & joints a bulging disc in my back, tennis elbow in BOTH of my arms. Im VERY pro-active when it comes to my health, i still exercise take supplements, stretch.. here recently i stopped working out because i took on a part time job in top of a full time job.. my body and my overuse injuries took a toll, I couldn’t take it anymore so i made the decision to purchase the Move plate.. best decision i ever made.. i first used it slowly less intensity for recovery on my tennis elbows & sore body.. then i started working up on the intensity level.. omg im moving better! Im feeling better, i literally get out of bed in the morning with no stiffness or soreness.. it takes the inflammation and stiffness out of my elbows.. I dont regret my purchase one bit because this is an absolute investment in my long term health and wellbeing…

My wife and I both have some bone degeneration in our lower backs, and using the many ideas offered for free by Power Plate coaches and advocates, we have found it easy to relieve aches and improve muscle tone.

I regularly do a mixture of yoga and Pilates in the morning, and I can do a good portion of my routine in conjunction with the power plate to gain the benefits of greater nitrous oxide shearing effect, less after exercise soreness, and some clearly noticeable gains in overall strength.

I am 75 years old and I use my power plate every day for my osteoarthritis. It totally loosens my stiff body up and I feel fabulous afterwards! I also use it about 3x a week to exercise. Loved it so much I ordered a second one for vacation house. Don’t want to start the day without it!!!

I have used my Power Plate MOVE every day for a minimum of 10 minutes since I received it. I’ve had my MOVE powerplate for four years. Use it daily and LOVE it. Incredible results from strengthening to eliminating pain from sciatica or muscle cramps, soreness from over exercise, easy on joints and my bone density is excellent. Pretty sure it saved me from broken bones (hip) when I fell through my dining room table onto my hip on our concrete floor (dusting the light fixture!!) Recommend it to everyone. Thanks, PowerPlate!
