Power Plate Helps

I upgraded to the MOVE from another reputable brand and the difference is unmistakable! The quality, functionality and customizability of the MOVE far surpasses my prior machine. I was hesitant to spend this much on a vibration plate but I'm so glad I did. I use if for certain exercises, but my favorite use is for post work-out stretching. I can really tell a difference in recovery time, flexibility/mobility, and I am seeing results in muscle tone that did not come with working out alone without incorporating the MOVE. I am a believer!

We love our power plate move. It has become a daily necessity and we feel better using it.

I feel great after my sessions on the Power Plate and am learning more and more how to use it from others and videos offered by the company. The company was also quick and helpful in answering some of my questions.

I love my Move Powee Plate! From the first time I used it I felt much clearer and alive …. This is what keeps me going back to it. I have had it approximately two weeks and have used it daily. I use exercises I was given from a PT . Also utilize hand weights and stretch bands. I am up to approximately 30

Min per day. I also feel less pain in my body after exercising. I am loving it and may upgrade in the future. For now I love the portability of the Move.

I received my move power plate about two weeks ago. I have been using it everyday and now I am doing 30 minutes per day. I use exercises to help with my scoliosis I got from my PT. I also use 6 pound hand weights and stretch bands. From the first time I used it I felt more alive and alert. That feeling is what keeps me on it daily. No negatives , if you are questioning if it is worth the price I would definitely say yesss go for it! I may trade up in the future.

After working out regularly for over 50 yrs, I am acutely aware of how regular exercise has contributed to my current state of good health and ability to tackle the coming years. That said, the investment in maintaining fitness for health is not over.

The Power Plate has been an important addition to fine tuning my efforts toward fitness as my body ages. The variable settings for intensity is a fantastic feature that will support my changing abilities. The focus on enhancing overall stability, from the most the basic to complex movements, is probably the most important feature for anyone focused on avoiding the greatest risk to aging adults … falling.

Grateful for the opportunity to use an amazingly adaptive tool to keep my life and wellbeing on track!

Love it! Worried that if we misplace the remote we can't use it.

I purchased the Power Plate MOVE and am completely pleased with the results. I have better balance, my whole body feels more energized and I have better coordination. My back & shoulder doesn't ache throughout the day anymore. I feel stronger.
