When Bone Loss Is a Problem and Traditional Workouts Are Too Hard,
Even with a healthy diet and regular exercise, it can be difficult to maintain bone strength as you age. That’s where Power Plate comes in.

Great workout! Looks great too. Blended in well with my reformer.
We bought the Move and have been using it for about 3 months now. My mother at 83 gets on it and is doing great .
My daughter gets on it too, so all of us are doing so much better with our movements and getting around. We can see a big difference with mobility and strength.
Thank you for a great life .
Love my MOVE!!! I’m using it 3-5 time per week for up to an hour. The workouts on the app are fabulous. My legs and arms are getting so toned and i feel great. Highly recommend!!!
It took me a bit to bite the bullet on a PP Move, but now I’m SO glad I did and I wish I would have done it much sooner!!! I use it every single day! It quickly became part of my everyday workout/exercise routine and I will never go without using it! Thank you for creating this super high quality vibration plate!!!! There is a massive difference between a PP and the other vibration plate brands, that’s for sure!
There is a Power Plate at my gym and I get on it before and after my workouts. It has settings that tell you exactly what to do, so it's really nice. I have recently gotten a Move for home and haven't started using it too much as I didn't really know what to do, but Power Plate customer service has been great and sent me a ton of resources. I think this is a machine that all ages can use -- I have teenage athletes at home that will be using it as well.
I got the MOVE about two months ago and started using it immediately. I have since lost two pant sizes. I didn’t measure inches because I wasn’t sure what I would experience. I have a fitness background and understand the benefits of vibration. I however wasn’t expecting the results I got so relatively quickly. I use my MOVE several times a day in various ways. It’s a long term investment as I head into my sixties. I look forward to all the other benefits of using it. Thank you for making a great machine.
As I stated above, it took me a while to get comfortable using my MOVE. Now that I have, am thankful to have a tool to help me strengthen, massage and improve stability! Am looking forward to adding more exercises as my flexibility improves. Have used the 1 minute timer often but am happy I went with the MOVE to have the increased time on the MOVE before it shuts off. I am now happy that I invested in me with this purchase!!!
I got the Move to help me rehabilitate my hip after orthopedic surgery and I am loving it! It makes my whole body feel good, especially my hip, and I enjoy incorporating it with my workouts and physical therapy. When I asked my Stanford surgeon if he had heard of vibration plates and if I could use one, he told me that it would be good for my hip and that his colleague invented (or played a part in) the development of vibration plate technology! I am happy with the Move and can’t wait to see how it benefits my in the long term. Maybe I’ll eventually upgrade to the next model up- I’d love one with handles.
I'm new to the power plate move family. My friend had a great testemony on pain relief. Stated her pp is what makes it possible for her to function. I've used my pp for 3 weeks and can testify to an overall well being: energy, posture, balance, muscle tone, reduced cellulite and more. Put yourself first and invest in your health with a pp. You and your family will benefit. I'm enjoying my journey and
the power plate app. has a variety of workouts/knowledge.
While I’m still “getting to know” my MOVE power plate, I’m very impressed with the technology and ease of use. Time will tell how it helps with my healthy aging but I have high hopes.
Most users see improvements in balance, strength, and bone density within just 6 to 8 weeks.
No, our products are designed for everyone. Power Plate is used by folks in their 70’s looking for a light 10 minute exercise to tennis world champions who require intense training.
You can use the Power Plate 2–3 times per week, allowing at least 48 hours between sessions for recovery. Beginners should start with shorter sessions (10–15 minutes) and gradually increase as they adapt.
