Power Plate Helps

The arrival of the Power Plate Move was highly anticipated and appreciated. I have used it almost every day for the past four weeks and find it oh-so-helpful in so many ways. My main goal is to improve my osteoporosis and perhaps assist with weight reduction. I already feel as if it’s been helping and cannot weight for my next Dexa scan and weigh-in at the doctor’s. Thank you Power Plate for making me aware of this terrific way to boost my health and wellness.

I’m a 71 year-old woman that is in really good shape for my age. I walk 4 miles every day. I do my own yardwork, including mowing my yard, however, my balance needed improvement!
