An Introduction to Power Plate Mobilizers
In this video Power Plate Master Trainers Steve Powell and Louise Dear take three exercises to show how easily a traditional stretch can be tweaked to become a mobilizer by adding in subtle, rhythmical movement, and asking the body to move as an integrated unit. In addition they will share two of their favourite mobilizers that take the ankle, hip and thoracic spine through all planes of motion.
