Senior Director Medical Specialties and Education
Rich is Doctor of Physical Therapy, educator, and author, with over 13 years of specialization in Applied Functional Science. His proficiency in clinical practice and education includes orthopedic pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, injury prevention, women’s and men’s health, with a passion for functionally rehabilitating the mind, body and spirit of the male and female “athlete”. He is the CEO for Doc’s PT, L.L.C., The Senior Director of Medical Specialties and Global Education for Performance Health Systems, and an educational ambassador for Gray Institute

Programming and Education
Laura has worked as a program director and developed education and curriculum for multiple international brands in the fitness industry. For the last three years she was the Program Director/Designer for KettleWorX®, HIGHX, and LifelineUSA. She has presented at IDEA, IHRSA, CanFit and Club Industry over the past 12 years. She has written multiple accredited programs including trainings and education for KettleWorX, HIGHX, LifelineUSA, and Les Mills. She has recruited and trained master trainer teams across several continents and launched programming internationally and nationally in this process. Her experience as a national trainer and presenter as well as a club manager and club owner, have given her insight into both sides of the fitness world. Prior to her position with KettleWorX® she trained and presented internationally with Les Mills and starred in BODYSTEP® 90. Her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue University allowed her to develop freestyle programming, pre-choreography, as well as design and structure fitness programming at the club level.
